Pass / fail

They send something Thermal made to a real person within 48 hours of the first reading. Praise is not the metric. The send is.

You being in the room does not change the clock. The clock starts when the reading finishes. The sitting is prompted. The unprompted check is whether they send after you leave, still inside 48 hours.

Before they sit

• Their track on this device. Not the sample.
• A date they will type: street date or a real upcoming show.
• They are signed in on their account. You do not send from yours.
• One outlet they already know, even if Scout will find more.

The sitting

1. Reading. They drop the track. Watch every pause. Do not reach for the mouse. When the kit lands, they have the copy they will send.
2. Scout. They run it. Open one outlet page and verify it is alive before anything is built. A name without a live page is not a lead.
3. Build campaign. Same workspace. Open Log, then What Thermal read. If the measurement, the date, or Scout is missing, say so and stop guessing.
4. Approve one external step. One pitch or one post. Approving means the copy is ready. It is not a send.
5. They send from their account. Copy the template. Their mail, their handle, their form. Thermal did not send this.
6. Log the send. +1 sent on the variant they used, or mark the task sent. If the gate is still closed, they skipped approve.
7. Log a reply if one exists. +1 reply. An open is not a reply.
8. Refresh plan. The plan should name what came back, or say no answer is recorded yet. Opens do not count.

Write down

• Minutes from first reading to first send. If they have not sent when you leave, the 48-hour clock is still running.
• Every pause: the field, the word, the door they could not find.
• Whether they sent only while you were there, or after you left.
• What they would pay for, in their words. No prompt list.

Do not

• Do not send for them.
• Do not invent a contact.
• Do not open Stylus or Ask Thermal to rewrite the kit mid-sitting.
• Do not run a second harness.
• Do not mention heat, a score, or another artist as a comparison.
• Do not fill an empty field they walked past. Note the pause instead.

Stop

• They will not drop a file: stop. The desk has no measurement to stand on.
• Scout returns nothing you can open: build anyway, leave the gap on Log, do not type a lead by hand.
• They will not send: fail. Write what blocked the send. That sentence is the finding.
