Deleting your data
You can disconnect an account, delete what you made, or have everything Thermal keeps about you deleted. This page says how. The privacy policy says what Thermal keeps.
Disconnect a connected account
- In Thermal, open a release, then Plan, then Put it out.
- In the SoundCloud or Socials step, press Disconnect beside the account.
Thermal deletes that account's keys at once. Posts already scheduled for it will not be sent. To remove Thermal's access on the platform's side as well:
- Instagram and Facebook: the apps and websites list in your account's settings; remove Thermal.
- TikTok: the app permissions in your TikTok security settings; remove Thermal.
- YouTube: your Google account's permissions; remove Thermal.
- SoundCloud: the connected apps in your SoundCloud settings; remove Thermal.
Delete what you made
Readings, release items, show pages, calendar events and scheduled posts can each be deleted in Thermal where they live. For a press page or listen page, or anything you cannot find a delete for, write to hello@martori.studio and it will be taken down.
Delete everything
Signed in, open Account, then Delete your account, and type DELETE. Any subscription is cancelled first, then everything below is deleted at once and you are signed out.
If you cannot sign in, write to hello@martori.studio from your account's email, with the subject Delete my Thermal data. Thermal confirms the request and deletes it within 30 days. Either way, this is deleted:
- your account and profile;
- your readings, releases, calendar and published pages;
- your images, video and audio;
- your connected accounts and their keys, and your posts and their files;
- your voice clone, which is also deleted at ElevenLabs.
Records the law requires Thermal to keep, such as payment records, are kept only as long as required. Posts already published on another platform stay there until you delete them on that platform.
If you signed in or connected through Facebook or Instagram
The same steps apply to the information Thermal received from Meta. Disconnecting deletes the keys at once; writing to hello@martori.studio deletes everything else.
