What a gatekeeper can check, and what is missing.

Six gates. Each item cites something a buyer, editor, or supervisor actually asked for. This is not the private distinctiveness reading. A public page is scored only if the artist opted into the directory.

The six gates

Cited requirements, not taste.

venue

Talent buyers asked for two short paragraphs, a genre stated plainly, a specific date range, working links including live footage, and honest ticket history. Deal-breakers: Facebook DMs, long bios, unpersonalized blasts, mobile-share links, inflated audience claims.

festival

One clean EPK link, one live video proving stage capability, a regional footprint and an activation plan. Capturing fan data is the measure they named, not followers.

press

A specific genre, a current contact, no hyperbolic comparisons, no fake RE: subject lines.

playlist

One playable link and a lane a playlist title could use.

sync

24-bit WAV at 48 kHz. No final-final filenames. Main, instrumental, clean, underscore, and 60/30/15 edits. Composer name, ownership percentage, PRO CAE or IPI. One-stop clearance, or exactly who is missing.

grant

A playable sample and a project statement that says what the money is for.
